Fruit Muffin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. fruit (any variety: blueberries, apples, banana, peach, raspberries)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat eggs, oil and milk together. Add flour, sugar and baking powder. Fold in your favorite fruit.
Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
