Asparagus Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can asparagus spears, drained
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 c. crushed saltines or bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation

Place asparagus in glass loaf dish.
Place sliced eggs in layer over asparagus.
Sprinkle chopped pimiento on top.
Pour soup over mixture and top with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
