Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 medium or 3 small ripe bananas
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, sugar, oil, eggs, undrained pineapple and vanilla.
    Mix only by hand.
    Add bananas and nuts and mix again.
    Bake in tube or Bundt pan that has been greased and floured, in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour and 5 minutes.
    Let stand 1 hour before removing to serving plate.
    May be iced with powdered sugar icing.
    This moist cake improves with age.
