Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    4 large baking potatoes, cooked *
    1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Jarlsberg cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    *Pierce potatoes in several places.
    Place on baking sheet. Put in oven and bake 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender.
