Spaghetti Casserole(Servings: 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1 tsp. celery, chopped fine
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
    1/4 c. olive oil
    14 1/2 oz. tomatoes (canned)
    22 oz. tomato puree (canned)
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. green olives (optional), sliced
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    9 oz. linguini
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and drain.
    Add onion, garlic, celery, parsley and olive oil to meat and cook until onion and celery are soft.
    Add tomatoes, puree and paprika.
    Cook until well blended and thick and season with salt and pepper.
    Add sliced green olives, if desired.
    Boil linguini in salted water; drain.
    In a casserole dish, mix noodles, spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven until warm, 30 minutes.
