Beef Oriental Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    1 green pepper, cut
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1 stalk broccoli, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. oil
    soy sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut sirloin across grain into strips.
    Stir-fry vegetables one at a time in 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet over medium heat until tender.
    Place each vegetable in second skillet.
    When cooked, add ginger and pepper.
    Stir in mixture of cornstarch and broth.
    Cook until thick.
    Add oil.
    Stir-fry sirloin, seasoned with soy sauce.
    Mix sirloin with vegetables.
    Serve over rice. Serve with soy sauce.
