Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pared, cooked apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. sifted flour
    1 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Start oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Pour apples into prepared dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    If tart apples are used, add a sprinkling of brown sugar.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add melted butter or oleo.
    Mix until like coarse crumbs.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
    Bake 30 minutes or until apples are done.
    Makes 6 servings.
