Middle East Chickpea Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can chickpeas
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
    Drain chickpeas reserving liquid.
    In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
    Add about 1 tablespoon of the reserved liquid.
    Blend until desired consistency.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
