Sherry-Soy Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 pork tenderloin
Preparation
    Mix liquid and seasoning together.
    Marinate tenderloin in marinade overnight in shallow glass dish.
    Turn occasionally. Bake at 350\u00b0 with cover of foil for 45 minutes per pound.
