Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli, tops only cut off
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut into squares and browned
    1 red onion, cut up
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    After bacon is fried, cut up the onion and fry the onion in the bacon grease just until the glazed stage.
    Mix together the 2 tablespoons bacon grease, vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise.
    Add all ingredients together (broccoli, onion and the mayonnaise mixture) and refrigerate.
