Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour, unsifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 c. or more chopped pecans
    3 c. coarsely diced apples
Preparation
    Prepare apples and pecans.
    Set aside.
    Beat oil, sugar and eggs until creamy.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, mixing well.
    Fold in apples, pecans and flavorings.
    Line bottom of a 10-inch tube pan with wax paper.
    Grease pan well and dust with flour.
    Spoon batter into pan and bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
