Cheese Salmon Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1/2 lb. processed sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles (2 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Start heating oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 1 quart casserole.
    In saucepan, melt butter and add flour, stirring until blended smooth.
    Slowly add milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook, stirring until smooth and thickened.
    To salmon add uncooked noodles, cheese, salt, pepper and sauce.
    Combine thoroughly. Pour into casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes or until set.
    Makes 4 servings.
