Texas Fudge(An Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Monterey Jack, grated
1 lb. medium Cheddar, grated
2 cans chopped green chilies
6 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread Jack on the bottom.
Cover with green chilies, then cover with Cheddar.
Pour beaten eggs over all.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand before serving. Cut into squares.
