Cream Cheese Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. milk
    honey
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese and sugar.
    Mix until well blended.
    Add raisins, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Mix well.
    Set aside.
    Combine dry ingredients; blend.
    Cut in oleo until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Add milk; mix until moistened.
    Divide dough in half.
    On a lightly floured surface; roll out each half to a 12 x 9-inch rectangle.
    Spread one half with cream cheese mixture.
    Top with second half of dough.
    Cut into twelve 3-inch squares; cut each square in half diagonally.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Drizzle with honey.
