Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. Zesty Italian dressing mix

Preparation

Put rice and dressing mix in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Pour broth over the top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
