Carrot And Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 lb. pkg. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
