Cottage Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced, unpeeled apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    head lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Toss apples with lemon juice.
    Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream, nuts, celery seed and salt.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 4 servings.
