Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peeled apricots, pitted
    1/2 pkg. light brown sugar
    1/2 box Cheez Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Drain apricots for 1 hour.
    Add sugar and let stand overnight.
    Arrange apricots in bottom of a baking dish.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter.
    Spread over apricots. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
