Chinese Pork And Green Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut into strips
    2 bunches onions (2/3 c.)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet; stir in pork 10 minutes.
    Add soy sauce and garlic.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
    Add pea pods and green onions. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Stir in cornstarch blended with broth and heat about 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
