Tuna Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can tuna
2 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley or green pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 c. soft white bread crumbs
Preparation

Separate tuna into flakes.
Put oil in saucepan.
Add flour and blend.
Add milk and cook until very thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add tuna and remaining ingredients; mix well.
Form mixture into cutlets or patties. Refrigerate about 2 hours.
Dip cutlets into slightly beaten egg and roll in cracker crumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes or tomato slices and lemon wedges.
Serve with fish sauce, if desired.
