Curried Seafood Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
    1 large clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen, peeled and cooked shrimp
    4 c. cooked macaroni
    2 (7 oz.) can tuna (water packed), drained and broken into chunks
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. sliced ripe pitted olives
    lettuce leaves
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and garlic.
    Add shrimp, macaroni, tuna, celery, parsley and olives to mayonnaise mixture.
    Toss gently and coat, being careful not to tear macaroni.
    Cover and chill.
