Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. rice
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 chopped onion
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    4 to 5 pork chops
    salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of baking dish. Add consomme, soup, seasoning and onion.
    Place chops on top of mixture. Top each chop with a slice of bell pepper.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
