Garlic Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 c. uncooked grits (not instant)
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    about 1 tsp. salt or to taste
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling water according to package directions. When cooled, add remaining ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 275\u00b0 about 1 hour. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
