Relish Type Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoepeg corn
    1 can LeSueur English peas (17 oz.)
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 c. celery
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. onion
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, oil and sugar.
    Heat until sugar is dissolved well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Let cool; pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Keeps real well in covered jar.
    Cutting the vegetables real fine will make a more attractive dish.
