Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, sliced
    1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper; drain. In deep casserole, add 1/2 cup rice and tomatoes. Add beef mixture; stir together. Add 2 teaspoons chili powder, salt and pepper. Bake in covered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
