Tangy Pork Chops And Vegetables - cooking recipe

4 boneless pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. reduced calorie Dijon salad dressing
1/2 (2 lb.) cabbage, coarsely shredded (4 c.)
1 large carrot, shredded (1 c.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Sprinkle trimmed chops with salt and pepper.
Brush chops all over with 2 tablespoons salad dressing. Combine cabbage and carrot in 2-quart casserole.
Drizzle remaining dressing over top.
Toss together.
Spread mixture evenly in bottom of dish.
Arrange chops on top.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until chops and vegetables are tender.
