Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. Boston Butt pork roast or beef roast
    4 bottles Heinz chili sauce
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook roast at least 8 hours in crock-pot on low heat until tender.
    Discard liquid, fat and bone.
    Shred meat; return to crock-pot and add sugar and chili sauce.
    Stir well.
    Reheat on low 2 to 3 hours, or until ready to serve.
    Makes approximately 24 sandwiches.
