Squash Casserole 4 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium squash, cut in small pieces
1 small onion, chopped
1 small container sour cream
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 Tbsp. bacon bits
1 egg, beaten with a little milk, salt and pepper
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 bag stuffing mix
margarine
Preparation

Cook squash and onion
6 minutes on High in microwave.
Mix sour cream, dressing mix and bacon bits.
Add to squash and onion. Add egg mixture.
Top with cheese and then stuffing mix.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
