Watercress Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1 pkg. watercress (discard stem)
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cooked, crumbled sausage (optional)
    1 c. cheese, grated (can use cheese pkg. that comes in macaroni and cheese boxes)
    2 to 4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute watercress in butter.
    Mix with all other ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
