Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, divided
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix, milk and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
    Stir well.
    Spread mixture in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
    Cook sausage and onion until browned.
    Drain.
    Layer sausage mixture over biscuit mixture.
    Combine egg, cheese, chilies and rest of mayonnaise.
    Spread over sausage mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
