Grilled Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. leg of lamb, boneless, butterflied
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. honey
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. dried mustard
    1 tsp. imported mustard
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients but salt, pepper and olive oil together. Marinate meat for several hours or overnight in marinade.
