Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. sourdough starter
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In a nonstick (not metal) mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir in starter, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, eggs and 3 cups of flour, continuing to stir in flour until soft dough is reached.
    Knead dough on a floured surface until elastic (about 10 minutes).
    Form into a ball. Grease another nonstick (not metal) bowl.
    Brush top of dough with vegetable oil.
