Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs, separated
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cream butter, cornstarch and eggs together.
    Add milk and pineapple.
    Pour into a pastry lined pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until inserted knife comes out clean.
    Remove from oven.
    Cover with meringue from whites of the eggs.
    Brown lightly.
