Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. mild Italian sausage
    1 box mostaccioli macaroni
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) tomato puree
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 large Mozzarella cheese
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Skin sausage and brown; drain off any liquid from sausage.
    Add spices, tomato sauce, tomato puree, mushrooms and water. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Mix with macaroni.
    Put half in 9 x 13 pan.
    Top with half of the Mozzarella cheese.
    Add remaining meat and macaroni.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
