Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 yellow squash (large)
    1 stick oleo
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 bunch green onions
    salt and pepper
    3 tsp. sugar, mixed with 1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender;
    drain well.
    Add milk, eggs, oleo and chopped onions.
    Cover
    top
    with
    cheese
    and sugar. Top with Ritz crackers.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Use 10 x 13-inch pan.
