Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
    3 eggs
    Italian bread crumbs
    8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. white wine
    2 t. chicken base
    1 clove garlic
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken in 1-inch cubes and remove fat. Dip chicken into beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Fry in a skillet with margarine until brown. Place chicken into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Spread out evenly.
