Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 well beaten egg
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. margarine (soft)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Mix together first five ingredients.
Pat onto sides and bottom of well-buttered spring-form pan.
Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and eggs in blender until smooth.
Pour into bowl and mix sugar, flour, margarine, lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix at low speed about 10 minutes.
