Barbecued Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 1 lemon
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
    fish steaks (1-inch thick)
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice and salad oil; pour over fish steaks in shallow pan.
    Let stand 30 minutes, turning once or twice.
    Broil on grill close to heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
    Serve with lemon.
