Wild Rice Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked wild rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
5 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat cooked rice with milk, eggs and shortening.
Sift dry ingredients into batter.
Mix lightly.
Bake in greased muffin cups at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
