Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/4 c. melted butter (margarine)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower for 5 minutes in boiling water.
    Drain. Combine the next 5 items.
    Stir in tomatoes, onion, 1 1/4 cups cheese and cauliflower.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
