Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium Irish potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Fill casserole half full of thinly sliced potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste; dot with butter.
Put half can of mushroom soup. Put another layer of potatoes and other half of mushroom soup. Pour soup can half full of milk over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
