Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar mincemeat
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    8 oz. candied cherries
    10 oz. mixed candied fruit
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda and baking powder together.
    Beat egg yolks. Add sugar and oil.
    Add mincemeat, then flour mixture.
    Fold in all fruit. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture.
    Bake in greased angel food cake pan
    at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
