Lemon-Garlic Broccoli Over Spaghetti Squash(Makes 6 Servings; Carb Count: 11 Grams) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 spaghetti squash (2 lb.)
    1 can (about 14 oz.) chicken broth
    10 large cloves garlic, halved
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 fresh sage leaves
    2 c. broccoli florets
Preparation
    Place spaghetti squash in large saucepan. Pierce skin with fork. Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, 20 to 30 minutes or until squash is soft. Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds.
    Set aside.
