Crisp Skillet Chicken With Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken parts
seasoned flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken gravy
Preparation

Dust chicken with flour.
In skillet, brown chicken in butter. Add water.
Cover.
Cook over low heat 45 minutes or until done. Uncover the last 10 minutes to crisp chicken.
Remove to warm platter.
Add gravy; heat, stirring to loosen browned bits.
Serve with chicken.
