Franks, Peppers And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    2 to 3 green peppers, sliced
    garlic salt
    olive oil
    1 pkg. franks
Preparation
    Saute potatoes in hot olive oil.
    Add peppers, franks cut into chunks and garlic salt to taste.
    Lower heat, cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
