Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    2 c. broth
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil 2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken.
    Take off bones.
    Save 2 cups of broth.
    Combine soup, broth and mixed vegetables.
    Bring to a boil and pour over chicken.
    Then mix in bowl the margarine (melted), flour, buttermilk and salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon the mixture over all.
    Cook 25 to 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
