Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, sausage or pepperoni
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can pizza sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning or oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Combine ingredients for crust.
Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into greased and flour dusted 15 x 10-inch pan.
Tilt pan until bottom is covered only.
Arrange toppings of meat, onions and mushrooms on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, on low rack, until golden brown.
Drizzle with cheese and sauce.
Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
