Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 or 5 potatoes
    1 can tomato soup, diluted with equal amount milk or water
    2 onions, minced
    salt and pepper
    carrots, sliced
    green pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in pan with butter.
    Slice potatoes thin and spread half in baking dish.
    Cover with half of meat, soup, onion, pepper and carrots.
    Repeat same with remaining ingredients.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Cover for 1 hour.
    Uncover for last 1/2 hour.
