Reese Cup Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation

In saucepan combine 1 cup butter, 1/4 cup cocoa, water and sugar.
Heat, don't boil.
Let cool.
Add flour, baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla and eggs; beat for 3 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool.
Spread thin layer of peanut butter on top of cake.
