Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend flour, Crisco, baking powder and salt.
    Place egg and vinegar in a measuring cup and add water to 1/2 cup.
    Pour into flour
    mixture
    and
    knead.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 until lightly brown. This makes 2 large or 3 small crusts.
